Bosa

We arrived at Sardinia, Italy, for a round-trip at this second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. We will drive clockwise around the island, starting and ending in Cagliari.

How could we not visit the colourful city of Bosa. Bosa has been my codename in the company I have worked for: the first two letters of my first name and the first two letters of the  surname.

Museum of Architecture

The ‘nieuwe instituut’ (new institute) is the Museum of architecture, design and digital culture in Rotterdam. At the street site, the building has an arcade, which is interesting for photographers.

Harpa

Harpa is a concert hall and conference centre in Reykjavík, Iceland. Harpa was opened in 2011. The building features a distinctive colored glass facade inspired by the basalt landscape of Iceland. Harpa was designed by the Danish firm Henning Larsen Architects in co-operation with Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson.

We touched down in Iceland for a 2-week round trip to explore the beautiful landscape of the country, but starting with a short visit of the capital Reykjavik.
